Great location and staff, the hotel itself was fairly clean. Liked a microwave, a fridge, tea and coffee making equipment in the room.

Loved my very comfortable stay well in advance. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant The Palms Dining Room.

We had an excellent time staying at this hotel. Its location was central, within walking distance of Alligator Alley.

We had a very relaxing time. Staff were brilliant, everything was perfect, the location was perfect and exceptionally close to the parks. Reasonable base for short stay. Beautiful and cosy units on floor 8. We loved the breakfast food available in the restaurant. The service was terrific and the pool was nice.

a funky hotel in orlando. the staff was efficient and the location was peaceful - altogether a really unforgettable experience. recently refurbished & generous sized unit with mini fridge and 2 queen bed. plenty of delightful food at breakfast time. outstanding customer care too.

Updated rooms, brand-new place to stay. I liked the room with 2 queen beds, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel had a central location and it was only a short distance to Gator Golf.

We loved this traditional hotel and had a really comfortable time. Oceanfront location and glorious views, very pleasant staff and excellent service. The location right next to a trolley bus stop was convenient. The offered breakfast was nice hot and included lots of options👌

The staff were welcoming, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic and everything was great. Good area, central location just next door to many restaurants and shops and Universal Studios and the international premium outlets and the intersection.

The breakfast was amazing and the location was lovely. You could walk to a supermarket and the shops. Exceptionally comfortable beds, neat room. Staff was willing to help and very professional, they treated us like family.

Easy location, great breakfast and cheerful people. I loved the room, it was fine and had natural lighting. The bed was cozy, and there was a large bathroom. You wo n't be disappointed if you stay in Universal Orlando Resort district. Had delicious drinks in the rooftop bar.

The rooms with TV, 2 queen bed plus air con. Although some of the staff were very rude, I had a nice stay. Clean hotel, great service. Central location adjacent to the parks and International Drive, it was in a good area...

Cosy hotel, my first choice in Orlando. I slept so comfy in the perfect bed. Had warm drinks in the roof top bar in the evening. Delightful garden outside. I found the location top in the ancient part of the city.

It made our trip to Orlando a pleasant experience. The staff was willing to help, the location was quiet. It took us 25 minutes to drive to this MAGICAL accommodation from the airport. Our room was recently renovated and bathroom was awesome.

Liked bubble & co tea bar, it was short walk from the hotel and offered nice treats. Also, free Wi Fi was provided. Good value and location was ideal!

nantucket shrimp shack is literally 500 ft away. 30 minutes' drive to the airport. this is a hotel go-to for orlando.
